• NO SMOKING signs (follow link for free PDF sign) at all entrances, break areas, and places where employees are used to smoking.
• Workers’ Compensation Notice of Compliance (Provided by insurer)
• Employment Insurance Notice (Form 11) (The Employment Department automatically sends this notice after an account is set up or reopened)
